· If you copy-pasted the URL, please make sure you copied the entire link, including the numbers or letters at the end. Study URLs should look like: https://ls.ou.nl/123456, where the numbers may also be one or more words (for example, https://ls.ou.nl/thisIsAStudy), with potentially trailing slashes and characters.

· Restart your browser and try again.
